Warning: Keep the contestshipping alive, yo.
Okay, another contestshipping thread on serebii.net, closed T.T
granted it was actually a Contest vs. Advance 'discussion' but well, I can't even find any new contestshipping threads, so...
and I still am new to serebii(Hey, I knew about it, but I chose not to join yet-), so yea, I didn't know the rules about not posting on 30-day-old-or-more threads, so , I got a warning. Talk about adding insult to injury.
Sometimes I feel like I'm the only one keeping contestshipping alive.

Anyway, this was what I posted:
Contestshipping, DEFINITELY. It was the first ever ship I had supported when watching pokemon. And I was barely ten when I watched it(May's age), so even though I was so young and believe in cooties and stuff, I still managed to recognize the contestshippyness that went on the show. when the series ended I didn't know what was shipping for a few years and then when I found out MayxDrew had fandom I was really really happy. Ever since I watched AG I had wondered why I was so sensitive to the name Drew- turns out it was contestshipping
Though I find that advanceshippers usually tend to be more vocal than contestshippers, it doesn't seem so in this thread. On polls I often find contestshipping getting more votes though
Contestshipping vs Advanceshipping is kinda like Penguinshipping vs Ikarishipping, even though to me, a penguinshipper, it seems like is ikari more often...
Yeah, so... I LOVE CONTESTSHIPPING. Because a dense ten-year-old me managed to pick it out.
And, even if not many people read this blog, I'm gonna try to keep posting. Keep DAML/CONTESTSHIPPING/SHUHARU alive. mizu44contestshipper.deviantart.com <== this is my deviantart, I still post up contestshipping fanart regularly here, so yea :))) and whoa, It's been how many years since I last posted?!?
